This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take full ownership of the strategy and roadmap for the product area, encompassing the applicant or customer experience, backend logic, and go-to-market plans.
• Enhance flows for applicants or property teams while minimizing friction and manual review through intelligent automation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and stakeholders from property management companies.
• Operate with a profit and loss mindset.
• Focus on outcomes rather than merely outputs by collaborating closely with engineering and concentrating on metrics and edge cases.
• Collaborate with integration and channel partners to broaden the product's reach.
• Work in coordination with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to scale the product effectively.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, successfully delivering products that have significant business impact.
• Familiarity with products aimed at applicants, consumers, or self-service, preferably in verification, fintech, identity, income, employment, or rental data sectors.
• Strong design and product intuition, demonstrated by a history of creating intuitive user experiences.
• A data-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Capability to transform ambiguous challenges into well-defined solutions.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams without needing to write code.
• Excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing tools like Claude to expedite product development.
