Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead a customer-focused product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring an intuitive and high-quality car rental experience across all digital platforms.

• Take ownership of key features and projects throughout the entire product development lifecycle: from ideation, design, specification, and development to launch and post-release evaluation.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering, UX, analytics, data science, operations, and business stakeholders to define, develop, and launch products and features.

• Exhibit the ability to write clear and concise product specifications, optimize conversion funnels, and promote a culture of experimentation by encouraging the testing of new ideas and features through rapid prototyping and A/B testing.

• Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, KPIs, and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the organization.

• Identify the most efficient balance between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or a Master's degree in Business is required.

• You possess 5-8 years of product management experience, demonstrating strong technical expertise and a focus on customer-facing digital products.

• Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, APIs) is essential, along with staying updated on AI trends (LLMs, NLP, CV, GenAI) to identify innovation opportunities.

• Experience in mobile app development is a must.

• Background in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility sector is advantageous.

• You are adept at leading initiatives and leveraging available data insights to facilitate strategic product decisions within your team and among peers.

• You have a strong ability to analyze and clearly communicate complex topics concisely across all levels of the organization.
