Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients (both in-person and virtually) to establish product strategies and roadmaps

• Produce PRDs featuring prioritized functionalities and capabilities (develop clear requirements and user stories)

• Comprehend and advocate for user needs

• Outline the product and align with stakeholders on the product vision

• Conduct product demonstrations for customers

• Facilitate the transition of projects between analysis and development phases

• Foster a shared understanding across larger teams to enable autonomous decision-making

• Offer guidance to both clients and development teams

• Operate independently to eliminate obstacles and discover product solutions

• Serve as the primary contact with our customers to manage expectations and provide updates

• Utilize v0 and AI-driven tools to aid in wireframing and prototyping initiatives

• Assist with project operations and management; create timesheets, maintain project organization in Azure DevOps, and ensure compliance with company policies

• Actively investigate and leverage generative AI tools to improve project workflows, communication, and innovation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting

• Experience in client-facing roles or consulting

• Full lifecycle development experience utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies

• In-depth understanding of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles with the ability to proactively prioritize features based on impact and value

• Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with AWS

• Background in Healthcare platforms and HIPAA security standards

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools

• Experience with GitHub
