Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of demand signals and unit economics.

• Implement standard integrations with swift, fixed-fee deployments.

• Develop and productize new connectors through custom integrations.

• Manage custom applications and agents to execute the engagement model and its outputs.

• Productize the playbook through managed services.

• Facilitate connections across various functions.

• Provide insights to platform and feature teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in AI and agents.

• Required expertise in Cursor and/or Claude Code.

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager, demonstrating a successful track record with platform, API, or developer-oriented products.

• Experience in building from 0 to 1.

• Possess a "product-biz" mindset.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing situations.

• Technical proficiency is a must.

• Strong understanding of UX principles.

• Excellent judgment in making both strategic and tactical decisions.

• Language proficiency: Business-level English writing and speaking skills.

• Domain advantage (preferred): experience with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms.
