Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and strategy for essential components of Ref's talent intelligence platform.

• Create and uphold a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands.

• Perform market research, analyze competitors, and collect customer feedback to guide product decisions.

• Work in collaboration with UX design and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement new features.

• Develop comprehensive product requirements and user stories, ensuring effective communication of the product vision.

• Collaborate closely with data science teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into product development.

• Establish and evaluate key metrics to assess product performance and encourage data-driven decisions.

• Engage with enterprise clients to comprehend their needs and validate product concepts.

• Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 3 years focused on B2B SaaS products.

• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise software products.

• In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and their applications within HR technology.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, applying a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of HR processes, talent management, and recruitment technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or a technical Master’s degree is preferred.
