Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for various product families.

• Work in conjunction with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts to design, construct, and enhance impactful solutions.

• Foster innovation and shape product strategy at the executive level.

• Recognize and prioritize market opportunities, customer requirements, and competitive insights.

• Promote collaboration among product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Offer technical and strategic direction to the product team.

• Convert customer and business requirements into scalable, user-friendly data products.

• Provide solutions that generate measurable value for both customers and the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.

• A proven history of delivering technically sophisticated SaaS products and addressing advanced technical challenges.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.

• Experience in launching and scaling products within a B2B SaaS context.

• Extensive expertise in the life sciences sector, especially in quality or regulatory compliance, is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering data products with Data Engineers and Analysts.

• Skilled in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Knowledgeable about data pipelines, advanced data structures, SaaS architecture, and AI/ML technologies.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams within established product organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced degrees, such as an MBA, are considered a plus.
