Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the development, upkeep, and expansion of our multifamily SaaS product offerings within a designated product area.

• Direct process modeling and translate customer requirements into actionable specifications.

• Plan, design, and evaluate user requirements for development initiatives.

• Decompose requirements into Epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Recognize cross-product dependencies and their implications.

• Conduct demonstrations (internal or external, as required).

• Analyze and prioritize product maintenance challenges.

• Leverage extensive knowledge to pinpoint and resolve fundamental issues, recommend process enhancements, and assess technical solutions.

• Coordinate and oversee multiple scrum teams (Product Owner for several scrum teams).

• Supervise the creation and refinement of the Scrum team backlog.

• Strategically plan, prioritize, and organize various work streams.

• Engage with customers for discovery and user group interactions.

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Business-oriented with a focus on strategy.

• Strong focus on strategic problem-solving.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or user interface design tools.
