This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of a domain within RealManage's technology platform and drive measurable outcomes for both the business and users.
• Establish hypotheses, leading indicators, and lagging outcome metrics for various initiatives.
• Conduct user research involving community managers, board members, residents, accounting and shared services staff, and field teams.
• Analyze behavioral and operational data to validate assumptions.
• Identify opportunities and test assumptions prior to drafting requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to transform validated opportunities into well-defined, logically sequenced tasks.
• Work alongside shared services and field-based teams on accounting, task, and revenue workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives.
• Utilize contemporary AI tools for synthesizing workflow research, prototyping, and analysis.
• Assess AI-driven features against evidence-based user and business outcomes.
• Contribute to the product organization's operating model, processes, artifacts, prioritization frameworks, and quality standards.
• Assist in establishing product management practices and standards for future product managers.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management.
• Preferably, experience with enterprise or B2B platforms catering to multiple distinct user types.
• Continuous practice of discovery and regular conversations with users.
• Experience with data-intensive products, including financial, operational, or transactional datasets.
• Proven track record of using data to inform decisions.
• Hands-on experience with contemporary AI tools in day-to-day product tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous situations into clear priorities for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder's mindset with enthusiasm for introducing structure in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Capability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively and exchange accurate information.
• Attention to detail and ability to observe details at close range.
• Capacity to frequently move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while onsite at different communities.
• Ability to occasionally ascend or descend ladders or stairs.
