Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Problem framing and discovery: Convert feature requests into well-defined problem statements through structured discussions, research, and analysis prior to proposing solutions.

• Strategic product ownership: Become the subject matter expert for designated product areas by comprehending workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact.

• Roadmap and prioritization: Develop and sustain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing tasks based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes.

• End-to-end delivery: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements gathering, development, launch, and iteration.

• Stakeholder alignment: Facilitate productive dialogues and ensure that decisions are documented and aligned among teams.

• Client request intake and synthesis: Work alongside Customer Success and Sales to comprehend incoming client requests, ask insightful follow-up questions, and identify trends within feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a comparable environment.

• Proven ability to carry out customer discovery and translate insights into clear product specifications.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with leveraging data to guide decisions.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering and Design teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing stakeholder priorities.
