Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• You will engage in ongoing product discovery to uncover customer challenges and transform those insights into a long-term product strategy that you will implement to create products that delight users.

• You will define success metrics for your product domain and ensure that all product initiatives align with those metrics.

• You will utilize your leadership abilities to navigate ambiguous greenfield product opportunities, employing data analysis, critical thinking, and creativity to develop a compelling product vision.

• You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Content teams to develop enticing product offerings.

• You will inspire and influence key stakeholders, garner support for your ideas, and craft exceptional narratives regarding the reasons and rationale for our product development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You have over 5 years of experience in a product management role within a SaaS, product-led organization, showcasing your ability to drive significant outcomes.

• Product Management: You possess strong customer empathy and utilize both qualitative and quantitative approaches to grasp customer issues and needs, ensuring product/market fit. You conduct thorough evaluations of the market, competitive landscape, and commercial opportunities to provide differentiated products. You demonstrate a solid understanding of product tools, the end-to-end product lifecycle, and best practices, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality and timely execution.

• Collaboration: You have a strong collaborative work style and a proven background in leading and facilitating cross-functional workshops to achieve desired outcomes. You are adept at negotiating logically and influencing stakeholders on all product-related matters.

• Communication: You are an effective communicator and storyteller who can express ideas clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) while influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
