Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination within a cross-functional technical response team.

• Act as the main contact point for stakeholder communication, ensuring team alignment and facilitating resolutions.

• Oversee rapid-response initiatives across VA program offices and engineering teams to tackle enterprise-level technical challenges.

• Direct change management efforts and clearly communicate program advancements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Encourage collaboration among teams and effectively manage competing priorities with clarity and confidence.

• Oversee project tracking in Jira or similar tools.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in federal IT, preferably with the VA.

• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of achieving milestones within complex, multi-team programs.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in navigating cross-functional technical settings with competing priorities.

• Familiarity with Jira or other project tracking systems.

• Background in working remotely in a collaborative Agile environment alongside engineering and product teams.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Some positions may require U.S. citizenship and the capability to obtain and maintain a federal background check and/or security clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree.
