This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for the emissions management product line, starting from market discovery and concept development to launch, iteration, and sustainable growth.
• Articulate and share a compelling product vision that is rooted in customer requirements, regulatory trends (CII, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, IMO 2030/2050), and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, making prioritization decisions that balance customer value, commercial potential, and technical feasibility.
• Serve as the internal expert on emissions management — the primary resource shaping the business's approach to and monetization of this sector.
• Act as the senior stakeholder representative on all issues related to emissions management solutions, having the final say on solution design and direction.
• Facilitate alignment among commercial, product, and operations teams — simplifying complexities to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and progressing together.
• Develop trusted relationships with key customers, functioning as a strategic advisor who comprehends their business and aids them in achieving measurable results.
• Represent the product in external settings such as industry forums, customer briefings, and partner discussions.
• Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to formulate go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions for the emissions management portfolio.
• Identify and explore revenue growth opportunities across the organization — including upselling, cross-selling, and entering new markets.
• Assist in developing business cases, pipeline initiatives, and contract strategies where the product intersects with commercial activities.
• Oversee the creation of customer-facing solutions that convert intricate emissions data, analytics, and compliance workflows into user-friendly, high-value products.
• Ensure that solutions are designed for longevity, steering clear of one-off customizations in favor of reusable, platform-ready components.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from the discovery phase to execution, coordinating both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on-brief delivery.
• Establish success metrics, monitor progress against them, and effectively communicate risk, progress, and results to senior leadership.
• Promote agile, iterative delivery methods while maintaining a clear focus on the long-term roadmap.
• Proven experience in senior product management, preferably in a B2B technology or data-centric environment.
• Extensive knowledge of maritime emissions management, environmental performance, or fleet optimization — with a solid understanding of the regulatory framework (IMO, CII, EU ETS, MARPOL) and how stakeholders in the maritime sector navigate it.
• Demonstrated capability to own and drive a product from initial concept to commercial success.
• Strong commercial insight — adept at collaborating with sales and commercial teams, contributing to revenue strategies, and comprehending the economics of a product-based business.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, exuding the confidence and credibility to engage at senior levels both internally and externally.
• Experience in leading cross-functional programs and aligning diverse teams towards a shared objective.
• Background in maritime technology, fleet management software, or environmental compliance solutions (Desirable).
• Familiarity with data products, analytics platforms, or decision-support tools (Desirable).
• Knowledge of decarbonization strategies, alternative fuels, or carbon accounting methodologies (Desirable).
• Proven track record of launching new products or entering new markets (Desirable).
