Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for the emissions management product line, encompassing market discovery and concept development through to launch, iteration, and sustainable growth.

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with customer needs, regulatory trends (CII, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, IMO 2030/2050), and competitive dynamics.

• Create and uphold the product roadmap, prioritizing decisions that balance customer value, commercial opportunities, and technical feasibility.

• Serve as the internal authority on emissions management, becoming the key expert who influences the business's approach to and monetization of this sector.

• Act as the senior stakeholder representative on all issues related to emissions management solutions, with the final say on solution design and direction.

• Foster alignment across commercial, product, and operations teams, navigating complexity to keep cross-functional teams focused and cohesive.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with key customers, serving as a strategic advisor who comprehends their business and aids them in achieving measurable results.

• Represent the product at external industry forums, customer briefings, and partner discussions.

• Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to formulate go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, and value propositions for the emissions management portfolio.

• Identify and seek out revenue expansion opportunities across the organization, including upsell, cross-sell, and new market entry.

• Contribute to business cases, pipeline development, and contract strategies where the product intersects with commercial engagements.

• Lead the design of customer-facing solutions that simplify complex emissions data, analytics, and compliance workflows into intuitive, high-value products.

• Ensure that solutions are designed for longevity, favoring reusable, platform-ready components over one-off customizations.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Establish success metrics, monitor progress, and provide clear communication to senior leadership regarding risks, progress, and outcomes.

• Advocate for agile, iterative delivery practices while maintaining a clear vision of the long-term roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in senior product management, preferably within a B2B technology or data-driven setting.

• Extensive knowledge of maritime emissions management, environmental performance, or fleet optimization, with an understanding of the regulatory landscape (IMO, CII, EU ETS, MARPOL) and how maritime stakeholders navigate it.

• Demonstrated ability to own and propel a product from initial concept to commercial scale.

• Strong commercial insight, comfortable collaborating with sales and commercial teams, contributing to revenue strategy, and understanding product business economics.

• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, possessing the confidence and credibility to operate effectively at senior levels both internally and externally.

• Experience in leading cross-functional programs and aligning diverse teams towards a common objective.

• Background in maritime technology, fleet management software, or environmental compliance solutions (Desirable).

• Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or decision-support tools (Desirable).

• Familiarity with decarbonization pathways, alternative fuels, or carbon accounting methodologies (Desirable).

• A successful track record in launching new products or entering new markets (Desirable).
