This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate the operations of event programs, ensuring that digital initiatives are implemented effectively across event marketing, engineering, QA, and content teams.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding and adoption of event platform capabilities (such as infrastructure, sign-in processes, session catalogs, and personalized recommendations) by creating documentation, sharing knowledge, and facilitating communication between platform teams and event execution.
• Establish and maintain product requirements, use cases, and documentation for initiatives related to event experiences, translating business objectives into clear, actionable specifications for registration, discovery, engagement, and post-event experiences.
• Develop and manage product backlogs for event features, lead sprint planning, and ensure that initiatives progress smoothly through the Scrum lifecycle.
• Document and manage event scenarios based on logic and business rules.
• Collaborate with experimentation teams to define and oversee A/B testing initiatives (including session discovery, recommendation algorithms, and post-event engagement), utilizing results to validate and refine event strategies.
• Work with data and analytics teams to identify attendee segments, engagement patterns, and opportunities in experience profile data that inform personalization and targeting strategies.
• Assist in the development of roadmaps and feature prioritization for event platforms (such as RainFocus, Swoogo, On24, AEM), balancing the needs of attendees, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Act as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and event clients, managing expectations and providing proactive communication regarding program status, platform health, and feature readiness.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Design Operations.
• Proven experience leading initiatives across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams.
• Experience working with design systems and multidisciplinary digital product teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems that utilize component-based architectures.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation workflows, and personalization initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for this position, as you will engage with US clients. Effective communication in English is vital to provide optimal solutions to clients and broaden your professional horizons.
