Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage design program operations, ensuring that product and design initiatives are implemented effectively across design, engineering, QA, and content teams.

• Facilitate the understanding and adoption of design system components within product features by creating documentation, sharing insights, and bridging the gap between design and development.

• Establish and maintain product requirements, use cases, and documentation for digital experience initiatives, converting business objectives into clear and actionable specifications.

• Develop and uphold product backlogs, lead sprint planning, and ensure that features progress smoothly through the Scrum lifecycle.

• Record and manage logic-based product scenarios and business rules effectively.

• Collaborate with experimentation teams to define and coordinate A/B testing initiatives, utilizing results to validate and refine digital experience strategies.

• Work alongside data teams to identify user segments and web profile data opportunities that inform personalization and targeting strategies.

• Assist in roadmap development and feature prioritization, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations and proactively communicating on program status and deliverables.

• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Design Operations.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar component-based CMS platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating programs across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams.

• Strong background in working with design systems.

• Excellent ability to produce clear product documentation.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and translating product goals into actionable development requirements.

• An advanced level of English is essential for this role, as you will be engaging with US clients. Effective communication in English is critical to delivering optimal solutions to our clients and broadening your opportunities.
