Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap and delivery for: CCaaS/agent desk integrations, Integration Builder + Actions runtime productization, SDKs/embedded experiences, and extension contracts.

• Establish “integration tiers” (basic → advanced → regulated/mission-critical) accompanied by clear requirements and supportability guidelines.

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop standardized patterns for:

• authentication + secrets,

• environment parity,

• schema validation + compatibility versioning,

• reliable execution + rollback.

• Team up with Data Science/QA to outline test harnesses and release gates that encompass:

• multi-turn conversational flows,

• tool-call success/failure scenarios,

• latency and load behavior,

• safety/guardrail compliance.

• Collaborate with Delivery/CS to transform repeat patterns into templates and reusable assets while maintaining a clear distinction between product scope and project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS platforms, developer tools, integration products, or workflow automation.

• Extensive experience with enterprise integrations: APIs, eventing/webhooks, OAuth/JWT, schemas, error handling, and production operability.

• Proven hands-on product judgment in AI/LLM-enabled systems, including:

• prompt/policy controls and guardrails,

• tool calling patterns and reliability,

• evaluation/quality gating,

• observability and production operations.
