Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• In the role of Product Manager, you will serve as the product advocate for our most significant offerings, primarily focused on CRM and marketing automation.

• You will harmonize strategic planning with personalized customer engagement, ensuring that we strengthen relationships and provide prioritized value for both our clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, including substantial time spent in a SaaS or platform product role.

• You have developed a side project utilizing AI. Please include details in your application.

• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms is essential.

• Experience in a startup environment is a prerequisite. We seek individuals eager to engage actively.

• Proven track record of owning a B2B product from inception to delivery and iteration.

• Strong technical proficiency is required.

• Exceptional skills in identifying problems, clarifying intent, and managing stakeholder relations.

• Clear and concise communication abilities (both written and verbal), with the capacity to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You are a logical thinker, articulate writer, systems thinker, quick decision-maker, and collaborative partner—not merely a backlog manager, meeting organizer, or specification enforcer.

• Regularly engage with sales to align on prioritized tasks, clarify customer requirements, and assist in sequencing product initiatives that offer value.

• Serve as a bridge between customer feedback and internal teams, ensuring that prioritization is transparent and impactful.

• Identify and address gaps for past customers, transforming feedback into actionable product improvements and measurable results.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Product, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders to foster alignment and timely delivery.

• Utilize AI tools to proactively explore solutions—creating prototypes, scripts, and mock APIs to validate concepts early and facilitate your team's progress.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that balances customer value, commercial impact, and technical investments.
