Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and drive results that are anchored in metrics and aligned with the company's OKRs.

• Possess an in-depth understanding of your domain, including business, product, operations, customers, market landscape, competitors, and risk/regulatory factors.

• Maintain a balanced roadmap that addresses both near- and long-term priorities, including the optimal combination of growth levers, technical investments, and risk/regulatory considerations.

• Utilize ongoing customer discovery, product analytics, and various experimentation methods to validate assumptions and refine product direction and priorities.

• Decompose ambiguous and complex problems into clear proposals, actionable plans, and structured tradeoff scenarios with recommendations.

• Combine business insight with a strong product, design, and technical perspective—ideally possessing fluency in technical concepts even without an engineering background.

• Go beyond dashboards and engage directly with the data. Create your own queries and analyses to validate hypotheses, stress-test intuition, and monitor early product signals.

• Own the product's written foundation: from one-pagers and PRDs to GTM plans, release scopes, and user stories.

• Build and nurture relationships with customers, teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure product direction is clearly communicated, aligned, and grounded in real-world context.

• Maintain high standards for ownership, decision-making rigor, product quality, and execution excellence across teams and key partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (strong preference for candidates with degrees in technical fields).

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in technology companies, including more than 5 years of end-to-end product ownership as a Product Manager.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes linked to OKRs, guiding product direction, and transforming complexity and ambiguity into high-value opportunities.

• Strong customer empathy and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to create products that genuinely delight users.

• Recognized for enhancing product velocity while maintaining high standards of execution excellence, product quality, and risk mitigation.

• Robust analytical skills in metric design and monitoring, funnel analysis, and evidence-based prioritization. Hands-on SQL experience is highly desirable.

• Technical proficiency to delve into system architecture, APIs, data flows, and tradeoff discussions with engineering teams.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in executive-level and cross-functional contexts.
