Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI coaching product roadmap.

• Transform coaching expertise into the product.

• Assist and prioritize coaching operations effectively.

• Collaborate with HR buyers and enterprise stakeholders.

• Lead product discovery and user research in conjunction with design.

• Integrate AI throughout your product management practices.

• Facilitate team planning, processes, and tooling.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management. You have successfully launched significant products from start to finish and can work autonomously through discovery, definition, and delivery phases.

• You possess a strong understanding of—or a keen interest in—coaching. Experience in HR tech, L&D, coaching platforms, or tools for people development is preferred.

• You have insight into HR buyers and enterprise dynamics.

• You view AI as a means of augmentation rather than replacement.

• You are an excellent collaborator in research and design processes.

• You are data-informed while being user-centric.
