Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Manage the migration backlog for buyer-facing interfaces. Determine which features will be launched on the new platform, which will be excluded, and which will be postponed.

• Conduct discovery sessions with country managers in our primary markets. Identify trends, challenge isolated cases, and establish a routine of regular discussions, clear decision-making, and engaging demos.

• Design the next storefront once the migration is stable, including search functionalities, product pages, checkout processes, approval workflows, and account user experience.

• Establish and monitor success metrics for all aspects under your purview. Each initiative you undertake will have a measurable outcome associated with it.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B marketplaces, procurement, or e-commerce. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

• Previous experience in managing a migration or replatforming project, or a similar complex initiative.

• Discovery is second nature to you: you engage with users, validate findings, and make decisions. You can specify the metrics you monitored and the changes made based on them.

• Excellent written communication skills. You document decisions to prevent repetitive discussions, and you handle pushback directly without escalating conflicts.

• You aspire to shape how products function here, rather than merely managing a portion of it.
