This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the end-to-end activation and lead delivery process: Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for transforming identified companies into qualified, actionable leads — encompassing scoring, enrichment, Workflows, Lists, and AI-driven activation.
• Deliver Workflows and Lists to General Availability: Your immediate focus. Propel the final delivery, launch, and post-launch refinement to make these two essential capabilities available to all customers. These elements are crucial for our packaging and competitive advantage.
• Close the retention loop: The primary reason customers disengage is their inability to act on website visitor data easily. You will ensure that every customer can effortlessly prioritize, enrich, and deliver leads to their CRM — solidifying the platform's value.
• Develop scoring and prioritization models: Own the process by which customers identify their top leads. Construct and refine ICP fitness scoring, intent signals, and company tiering to enable revenue teams to focus on what’s most important.
• Broaden enrichment and buyer group identification: Enhance our contact enrichment capabilities and surface the appropriate decision-makers at identified companies. Connect the dots between “we know this company visited” and “here’s who to call.”
• Create AI-powered activation: Transition from manual configurations to smart, opinionated recommendations — including one-click actions, automated routing, and intelligent templates that simplify lead activation.
• Oversee CRM integration strategy: Leadfeeder acts as the intelligence and activation layer; CRM is where sales teams carry out their tasks. Ensure a seamless, reliable data flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and MS Dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design: Work within one-month delivery cycles alongside your Engineering Coordinator and cross-functional team. Draft problem briefs and PRDs, establish success metrics, and drive execution from discovery to launch.
• Utilize data and AI in all your endeavors: Leverage analytics, AI tools, and rapid experimentation to pinpoint friction, validate hypotheses, and enhance shipping speed. We don’t merely build AI features — we apply AI to our development processes.
• Experience: 7+ years in product management, including a minimum of 3 years at the Senior PM level or equivalent. Experience in B2B SaaS is essential; familiarity with lead generation, CRM, marketing automation, or sales intelligence platforms is highly preferred.
• Activation and workflow proficiency: You’ve developed activation, automation, or workflow products that connect data insights to user actions. You understand what it takes to launch features that directly enhance retention and expansion — not merely usage.
• CRM and integration expertise: Deep knowledge of CRM ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and the data flow between marketing and sales tools. You think in terms of systems, not just features.
• Data-driven decision making: Strong analytical mindset with experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and SQL for identifying opportunities and validating impacts. You establish success metrics prior to writing specifications.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable engaging deeply with engineers, comprehending APIs, data pipelines, and enrichment architectures. You can draft clear technical specifications and actively participate in architecture discussions.
• AI-native: This is non-negotiable. You utilize AI tools daily — for prototyping, analysis, writing, and decision-making. You’re not merely open to AI; you’re already ahead of many in effectively using it. Bonus points if you’ve launched AI-powered product experiences (scoring models, recommendations, automated actions).
• Embrace discomfort: You thrive in uncertain environments. You can make decisive choices with 70% of the information, act quickly without waiting for permission, and maintain effectiveness when circumstances change. You find energy in transformation, not paralysis.
• Ownership mindset: You take full responsibility for problems from discovery through delivery to post-launch assessment. You don’t wait for guidance on the next steps. You have a strong inclination towards shipping.
• Location: Based in Europe. This is a fully remote position.
