This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee product initiatives for the team developing Ignite Reading's AI infrastructure along with AI-driven tools, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to identify, create, and implement AI-driven tools, processes, and workflows.
• Manage the shared services roadmap and keep the program's opportunity solution tree up to date.
• Spearhead change management efforts for AI adoption through education, trust-building, and engagement.
• Support the VP of Product and senior leadership in delivering AI-driven tools and fostering organizational adoption.
• Define and document product requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Continuously refine tools and workflows based on user feedback, identified gaps, and insights gained.
• Work in conjunction with engineering and AI engineering teams to produce high-quality internal products.
• Articulate strategy, progress, decisions, risks, and obstacles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish and track program performance metrics and conduct internal user research.
• Share successful workflows and insights while supporting teammates in their AI learning journeys.
• Over 8 years of experience in a product management role.
• Extensive, proven experience in developing AI tools, processes, and workflows.
• Ideally, experience implementing AI at the organizational level.
• Technical proficiency in engineering and AI terminology.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, including harnesses, observability, and evaluations.
• Strong skills in cross-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexities of change management.
• Strategic prioritization aligned with organizational needs.
• Ability to effectively communicate AI's transformative potential throughout the company.
• Solid grasp of product fundamentals, including discovery, requirement documents, and use cases.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A mission-driven dedication to ensuring every child learns to read.
• Preferred: experience in early-stage startups.
