Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the product area strategy for the Document Collaboration Experience within the VDR, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and organizational vision.

• Drive ongoing enhancements of existing core document collaboration features, encompassing viewing experience, redaction workflows, encrypted document management, in-house editor, third-party integrations, and AI-driven functionalities (such as search, translation, PII detection, etc.).

• Actively identify new product opportunities through structured discovery processes, utilizing user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, analysis of support and feedback, market and competitor research, data deep-dives, experimentation, and close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Prioritize opportunities and solutions based on user reach, impact, ROI, technical viability, and business risk, while maintaining a balanced roadmap that includes innovation, optimization, technical excellence, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Define and convey product requirements through interactive prototypes, well-structured PRDs, and user stories complete with detailed acceptance criteria.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-develop and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and partner with the marketing team to create launch plans, positioning, and messaging that foster product adoption and market success.

• Assess success after launch and refine strategies based on data and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise settings.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously and achieve results.

• Demonstrated experience across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to go-to-market and post-release activities.

• Proficient in utilizing both customer insights and data to guide product decisions.

• Capability to translate industry and market trends into clear product strategies.

• A passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences.

• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in daily product tasks to enhance output and minimize time on research, documentation, data analysis, and routine activities.

• Experience in working on technically complex features or workflows and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and proficiency in English (C1 level).
