Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Define and convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap informed by market research and customer insights.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to oversee the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch.

• Convert complex user requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and user stories.

• Prioritize the product backlog by balancing technical debt, feature requests, and long-term strategic objectives.

• Evaluate product performance metrics and user feedback to enhance features and promote continuous improvement.

• Serve as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring that every feature delivers a seamless and intuitive experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a dynamic technology or SaaS setting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering effective products and managing complete product lifecycles.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data to support decisions and assess success.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at bridging the divide between technical and non-technical teams.

• A proactive “builder” mindset with a tendency towards action and a passion for resolving complex challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Linear.

• Technical background or experience working directly with APIs and data architecture.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and wireframing techniques.

• An advanced degree (MBA or MS) is advantageous.
