Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire product lifecycle from the initial idea to final delivery, establishing success criteria before any coding begins.

• Conduct comprehensive discovery through user interviews, competitive analysis, data evaluation, and hypothesis testing.

• Make a direct impact on business growth by developing billing systems, improving customer experience, and creating internal operations tools.

• Engage directly with AI agents to automate product workflows and enhance platform efficiency.

• Make decisive prioritization choices regarding what to develop, what to set aside, and what to discontinue.

• Offer high-level insights to engineers to enable independent decision-making without micromanaging or excessive specifications.

• Facilitate agile processes including grooming, planning, design reviews, demonstrations, and the release notes publication.

• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to deliver at a rapid pace and iterate based on real-world input.

• Assume full responsibility for the business metrics (revenue, retention, conversion) influenced by your product area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within a product-focused organization (experience in outsourcing or staffing environments will not be considered).

• Demonstrated success in making product decisions that significantly impacted key business metrics (activation, retention, or revenue).

• Extensive experience collaborating with distributed, remote-first engineering teams.

• Professional-level English proficiency with the capability to influence stakeholders across international borders.

• A startup-oriented mindset characterized by a strong sense of ownership, transparency, and comfort with uncertainty.

• The ability to excel in a horizontally structured growth environment where impact is valued over job titles.
