Senior Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of AI products such as "Ask Teamworks" (AI-copilot) and our suite of workflow-integrated AI native agents from inception to completion, enhancing the user experience across our comprehensive product lineup, transitioning it from beta to a fully developed, ecosystem-wide interface.

• Manage the foundational AI platform and infrastructure — the shared resources and standards upon which other product teams can develop their AI-native functionalities.

• Advance the AI roadmap beyond the co-pilot experience into sophisticated, agent-driven workflows that provide recommendations and facilitate actions throughout the ecosystem.

• Establish the standards for the deployment of AI products at Teamworks, covering evaluation methodologies, grounding, and citation practices, while assisting other product managers in their implementation.

• Oversee the metrics that validate the effectiveness of our products, including query success rates, time-to-answer, daily active usage, and NPS, and leverage insights to inform the roadmap for the upcoming quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering AI-native features to customers, with an AI agent seamlessly integrated into the customer’s workflow.

• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, vertical AI, or a similar field, with full ownership of a high-impact product.

• Proven capability to drive substantial, cross-product initiatives without direct authority over involved teams, advancing projects through clarity and credibility.

• Strong product judgment in uncertain situations, with the ability to determine priorities for shipping in a rapidly evolving AI environment.

• Located in North America and legally authorized to work in the US.
