Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of the Stars Analytics portfolio, which includes the intake, prioritization, and execution across various workstreams in collaboration with Lead Product Managers.

• Collaborate with Lead Product Managers to collect, organize, and enhance stakeholder requirements, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.

• Contribute to weekly prioritization and portfolio review meetings by preparing necessary inputs, highlighting tradeoffs, and aiding in the resolution of dependencies.

• Maintain awareness of ongoing work and updates to the roadmap, ensuring precise tracking and communication among stakeholders.

• Propel execution throughout the product lifecycle for designated initiatives, from initial concept to delivery and optimization.

• Track product performance and outcomes, using data and feedback from stakeholders to continually enhance solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, clinical, operations, technology) to develop solutions that enhance Star Performance outcomes.

• Offer insights into broader departmental strategy and roadmap decisions through analysis, insights, and stakeholder feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, analytics, or a related technical field.

• Experience in managing product portfolios, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks.

• Familiarity with product management and planning tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.

• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and create alignment among multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in Stars Analytics, healthcare quality performance, or related fields is preferred.
