Establish a clear, decisive direction, identify key outcomes, and inspire your team and stakeholders to support a roadmap that enhances customer experience while meeting business objectives and fulfilling regulatory standards.
• Establish and manage the metrics that gauge success, assess the business impact of your deliverables, and diligently track and report progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Create documentation that facilitates engineering teams in delivering high-quality work promptly.
• Collaborate with other product teams to ensure your solutions provide a comprehensive platform experience, rather than just a robust localized one.

• Manage tradeoffs and negotiate timelines with both internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms.

• Analytical rigor: You are data-driven and apply first-principle thinking, valuing both accuracy and timeliness.
• Business acumen: You enjoy exploring how a business operates, identifying areas for improvement, and developing product and technical solutions accordingly.
• Communication: Exceptional attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to any audience.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.
