Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete B2C growth strategy for the math vertical by assessing the funnel and unit economics, pinpointing constraints, and implementing measurable enhancements.

• Create and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses; set up a regular experimentation schedule focusing on acquisition, activation, and conversion.

• Lead and refine the Go-To-Market strategy, including target segments, value propositions, positioning, and monetization frameworks.

• Collaborate across functions with performance, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and establish new user pathways.

• Identify and expand new growth channels such as partnerships, affiliates, and alternative acquisition/distribution models.

• Spearhead 0→1 initiatives as part of the growth strategy, which involves research, positioning, and securing initial traction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in Product Management with a solid foundation in PM principles (problem framing, prioritization, decision-making in uncertain conditions).

• Demonstrated experience in B2C growth: you have been responsible for funnels, monetization, and experimentation in a consumer product, with a preference for performance-heavy contexts.

• Strong analytical skills: adept with unit economics, cohort analysis, and designing experiments that address significant queries.

• High level of ownership and autonomy: you manage problems comprehensively and act swiftly without requiring extensive guidance.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities (product, performance, marketing, and sales).
