Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager (Individual Contributor, reporting to Principal PM)

• Emphasis on internal tooling and big data products; collaboration with engineering and data science teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a Product Management or founder/technical product position

• Previous engineering role (Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or technical analyst)

• Experience in startups (Series B/C, excluding large tech companies)

• Robust technical expertise: proficiency in Python, AWS, and data pipelines

• Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift

• Resume must highlight experience in internal tooling and big data product initiatives with specific projects

• Must be based in the US and authorized to work

• Experience in fintech, payments, fraud prevention, or identity domains

• Possess a founder or entrepreneurial mindset

• Avoid candidates who are purely customer-facing PMs lacking interest in internal projects

• Exclude backgrounds solely from big tech, large enterprises, or banks

• Traditional PM career paths without engineering foundations are not suitable

• Profiles overloaded with buzzwords related to AI/ML but lacking genuine data platform experience will not be considered

• Short job tenure (<2 years per role) is a concern
