This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the Complete Product Lifecycle (Upstream and Downstream): Ensure that strategic plans translate into successful delivery by organizing, executing, and monitoring progress from Discovery to final deployment, guaranteeing that all planned objectives are met with excellence.
• Collaborate within a Product Trio (Engineering, Design, and Product): Work closely with Engineering to assess technical feasibility, engage with Design to create user-focused experiences, and partner with Product Marketing (PMM) to effectively convey the value of new features to the market.
• Make Informed, Data-Driven Decisions: Regularly analyze funnel and behavioral metrics to formulate hypotheses and prioritize actions that significantly influence sales performance.
• Operate with Agility: Execute a range of activities from quick validations to A/B testing to rapidly verify assumptions, ensuring that learning precedes large-scale development efforts.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively assess value, feasibility, usability, and business-related risks to prevent unexpected challenges during the process.
• Manage the Product Roadmap and Stakeholder Expectations: Balance the diverse expectations from various business units with the overarching product vision, maintaining a transparent roadmap that emphasizes value.
• Refine and Communicate Effectively: Craft detailed user stories, manage the backlog with clear prioritization, and keep stakeholders updated on progress, achievements, and insights gained from each cycle.
• Ensure Quality in Delivery: Conduct ongoing validations ("is it live?", "is it functioning as intended?") to confirm that the user experience remains exceptional post-launch.
• Drive Business Results: Ensure that deliveries yield the anticipated business impact, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Proven Experience as a Product Manager: Prior experience managing digital products, ideally within B2B settings.
• Focus on Growth and Funnel Optimization: Practical experience managing the conversion funnel, pinpointing bottlenecks, and identifying opportunities to enhance acquisition, activation, and retention metrics through ongoing experimentation and scaling.
• Comprehensive End-to-End Ownership: Responsibility for the entire product cycle (Upstream and Downstream), ensuring quality from refinement to production validation.
• Organizational and Backlog Management Expertise: Capability to structure workflows and maintain delivery planning alignment, ensuring predictability for the team.
• Data-Driven Autonomy: Skill in gathering and interpreting data to generate actionable insights. Proficiency with data analysis tools to independently extract indicators and validate hypotheses.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively connect Engineering, Design, and Stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout all stages.
• Resilience in Uncertain Environments: Comfortable navigating fast-paced and changing situations, transforming uncertainties into clear and actionable plans.
• Business Acumen and Strategic Insight: Understanding how the product aligns with the company's broader goals and market position, ensuring the roadmap supports financial sustainability and competitive advantage.
