This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Convert concepts and feedback into a clear product vision and roadmap.
β’ Understand customer challenges to gather user needs, requirements, and pain points.
β’ Curate and accurately convey user feedback to Engineering, supporting trade-offs and priorities with evidence.
β’ Collaborate closely with PMM to facilitate go-to-market efforts on product differentiation, including the creation and updating of presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
β’ Leverage your extensive product knowledge to inform decisions regarding our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
β’ A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product environment.
β’ Familiarity with using or developing developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
β’ Capability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and concepts related to distributed systems.
β’ Proven experience in promoting the adoption of shared services or platform capabilities among various product teams.
β’ Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to create engaging products and features with solid UX in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
β’ Bonus Points: Experience with open source software and/or companies focused on commercial open source.
β’ Bonus Points: Experience utilizing or creating observability products and/or developer tools, whether internally as an SRE or for external clients.
β’ Bonus Points: Knowledgeable about infrastructure concepts and components such as Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs, with the ability to explain these models in layman's terms.
β’ Bonus Points: Experience with AI tools.
