📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product ideation and implementation across various integrated systems.

• Convert intricate clinical, operational, and technical needs into clear and scalable product specifications.

• Develop AI-driven and automation-focused features to enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

• Engage deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows, and interoperability issues.

• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to design the entire user journey.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, creating software products in a tech-centric environment.

• A robust background in healthcare technology.

• Practical experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations.

• Demonstrated experience in developing AI-enabled products.

• Proficient in navigating technical, clinical, and operational domains.
