📋 Description

• Take ownership of product discovery, requirements, and delivery for essential operational workflows.

• Analyze intricate real-world processes and convert them into straightforward product logic, user journeys, and system requirements.

• Establish workflows for planning, task execution, approvals, exceptions, replanning, and operational reporting.

• Collaborate with domain experts to transform standards and business rules into well-structured product requirements.

• Determine which decisions should be automated, which should leverage AI, and which necessitate human review.

• Craft precise product specifications, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.

• Prioritize the product roadmap based on operational impact, user requirements, and technical limitations.

• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the design, development, testing, and rollout phases.

• Engage with field and operational users to gain insights into the product's real-world performance.

• Evaluate adoption rates, process compliance, execution quality, and business results.

• Ensure that new features enhance operations rather than complicate them with unnecessary digitization.

• Facilitate integrations and data flows between internal systems and third-party applications.

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a technology firm.

• Proven experience in developing complex B2B, operational, or workflow-driven software.

• Strong capability to comprehend ambiguous processes and translate them into structured product requirements.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on backend-intensive or data-centric products.

• Familiarity with AI-driven products, intelligent automation, or decision-support systems.

• Solid understanding of how to integrate automation, business rules, and human-in-the-loop workflows effectively.
