📋 Description

• You create a comprehensive vision, convert company goals into actionable product objectives, and maintain a prioritized roadmap.

• You craft clear user stories, keep the backlog organized, and ensure alignment with sprint and quarterly goals.

• You perform structured discovery, validate concepts and solutions, and make decisions based on the outcomes.

• You collaborate closely with Engineering and QA to guarantee that features are delivered punctually and to a high standard — this includes developing test cases and release notes.

• You establish success criteria, monitor usage and performance, and optimize based on quantifiable results.

• You communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly and transparently to Business, Operations, and Leadership teams.

• You integrate the user's perspective into every decision-making process.

• You facilitate close collaboration among Developers, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure everyone understands the focus and their respective responsibilities.

• You influence our platform and process topics — from custom workflows and task management to notifications and permissions — ensuring these are customized to meet the needs of insurers and MGAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management.

• Ideally, experience in insurance, finance, or workflow platforms (e.g., Camunda, Celonis, n8n, etc.).

• Proven track record in managing the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement using data-driven approaches.

• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and requirements engineering.

• Capability to translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C1 level).

• Hands-on experience with common product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, API documentation platforms).

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, QA, Design, and Operations teams to deliver incremental, iterative value.

🏝️ Benefits

• An attractive compensation package that reflects your experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.

• A remote-friendly work model with occasional travel to our Berlin office.

• 30 days of paid vacation, plus an additional half day off on December 24 and December 31.

• A personal training and development budget of at least €500 (potentially more) that we jointly invest in your growth.

• Exciting internal development opportunities through a structured role development model, regular feedback cycles, and performance reviews.

• A company contribution towards Urban Sports Club membership to enhance your work-life balance.

• A heavily subsidized company pension plan to assist in securing your financial future.

• A VSOP program that enables employees to share in the company's success.

• Modern hardware of your choice (Windows or macOS).

• Weekly company lunches and a well-stocked snack bar for those in-between cravings.

• As part of a dynamic and motivated team of specialists, you will benefit directly from your colleagues' expertise — team spirit and mutual support are fundamental to our culture.
