This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and validate customer issues through user research, usage analytics, partner insights, and AI-driven discovery tools.
• Quickly prototype and conduct targeted experiments to test hypotheses and mitigate risks associated with new ideas in the early stages of development.
• Lead cross-departmental planning by aligning Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders around clear product objectives and trade-offs.
• Drive feature strategy and shape roadmaps by proposing initiatives based on customer impact and market opportunities.
• Decompose complex projects into incremental, testable releases, utilizing component reuse and system thinking to enhance delivery speed.
• Establish product success metrics from the outset and monitor adoption, engagement, and retention to guide iterative improvements.
• Assume Technology Lead responsibilities for specific initiatives as necessary, including data analysis, prototyping, coordinating engineering efforts, and managing delivery risks.
• Your responsibilities extend beyond launch — analyze product metrics and collaborate with GTM stakeholders to ensure successful launches that achieve desired product and business outcomes.
• Over 7 years of product management experience, preferably including time in B2B SaaS or platforms utilizing behavioral data for automation or messaging.
• Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with metrics dashboards, and experience using data to inform direction and assess impact.
• Proven track record of independently leading feature development, streamlining scope, and delivering successful results with tight-knit teams.
• High product intuition coupled with humility and a willingness to experiment — comfortable with being incorrect and eager to learn swiftly.
• Outstanding written communication and decision-framing skills, particularly in remote and async-first settings.
• Experience utilizing or developing AI-enabled tools in your product workflow.
• Technical background with a demonstrated ability to create basic web applications, write scripts, and collaborate with engineering teams on aspects like data models, APIs, and performance requirements.
• Proven experience serving as a point of contact or Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for engineering initiatives, with the ability to set objectives and navigate trade-offs.
• Familiarity with SMS/RCS or other messaging channels is a plus.
