This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VoC Surveys, balancing immediate execution with a strategic outlook of 6 to 18 months.

• Identify avenues to enhance VoC's integration within the unified Contentsquare platform, ensuring the product adds value as part of the comprehensive journey intelligence narrative.

• Prioritize decisively among competing objectives, ensuring that complete increments of the product are delivered rather than incomplete initiatives.

• Develop and convey a persuasive narrative for the evolution of VoC to stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional partners.

• Engage in thorough customer and market research to grasp user needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in qualitative analytics and VoC.

• Convert customer insights, field feedback, and usage data into a data-informed roadmap that maximizes value.

• Collaborate with design and engineering to facilitate discovery, validating hypotheses through research, prototyping, and experimentation.

• Advocate for an AI-first approach to VoC, collaborating with Sense AI and Applied AI teams to incorporate intelligent automation throughout survey creation, analysis, and insight generation.

• Discover opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to unveil patterns, forecast sentiment, and expedite time-to-insight for customers.

• Work closely with your Engineering Manager and a team of five engineers as part of the Product Trio, ensuring alignment throughout discovery and delivery.

• Partner with other product teams within the organization to foster platform-level synergy.

• Establish strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the product aligns with market needs and supports go-to-market objectives.

• Define product KPIs and success metrics; take ownership of performance tracking and leverage data to continually inform roadmap decisions.

• Monitor product health, support ticket trends, and quality KPIs, prioritizing enhancements that boost customer satisfaction and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating a track record of owning and scaling a product area from start to finish.

• Strong skills in customer and market research, with a proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into a compelling product strategy.

• Experience in building AI-powered or data-intensive products, coupled with a genuine curiosity about how AI and machine learning can enhance user experiences.

• Proven ability to own a roadmap, including setting priorities among competing stakeholder needs while balancing immediate delivery with long-term vision.

• High comfort level with data-driven decision-making, including defining metrics, monitoring performance, and utilizing analytics to steer product direction.

• Understanding of both UX and data aspects of product work, with the capability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success within a distributed team.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with remote and international teams across various time zones.
