Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, identifying customer and market needs while drafting use-case-driven requirements that emphasize user interaction workflows and security outcomes.

• Comprehend the technologies within the product domain and articulate the necessary technological requirements. Identify risks proactively and pose the appropriate technical inquiries.

• Influence customer experience, feature usability, and achieve team-level business objectives.

• Facilitate feature discussions with customers, engineers, and partner teams, producing clear and succinct documentation such as functional and technical specifications.

• Organize, reinforce, and oversee daily operations concerning product delivery, customer support, and professional service requirements.

• Support the sales team in presenting roadmaps for emerging markets.

• Provide leadership and guidance to product and engineering teams, offering direction and oversight.

• Serve as a product evangelist both within the organization and to external stakeholders.

• Monitor and continually enhance operational efficiency and capacity.

• Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure product success, continuously optimizing to deliver a world-class product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product development and/or product management (experience in steering growth within a product-focused company is advantageous).

• Proven track record of achieving and sustaining high operational excellence.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage multiple projects involving a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Established ability to think strategically about complex challenges and formulate thoughtful recommendations and action plans.

• Successful in conveying core business values clearly, concisely, and with conviction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
