Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, delivery, and iteration.

• Propel the roadmap using insights from customers, market research, and internal collaborations.

• Leverage data, logic, and business acumen for effective prioritization (RICE mindset).

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to adoption, performance, compliance, and customer value.

• Identify true MVPs and iterate rapidly.

• Craft clear and concise requirements that focus on outcomes rather than unnecessary complexity.

• Rigorously validate requirements with engineering, AI, data, and compliance teams.

• Develop quick wireframes and prototypes to test concepts early in the process.

• Involve actual users before committing to full-scale development.

• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure effective product adoption and positioning.

• Maintain alignment with frameworks such as SAMA, NCA ECC, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

• Deliver features that are inherently secure, compliant, and resilient.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in the SaaS cybersecurity domain.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with SOC, engineers, data scientists, and compliance specialists.

• Profound understanding of data integrations, log sources, APIs, and security platforms (SIEM, XDR, EDR, threat intel feeds).

• Experience in managing agile teams and launching scalable SaaS products.

• Familiarity with JIRA, AI & AI prototyping tools, and product analytics.

• **Master Communicator:** Not only fluent in English but also skilled in using clear, straightforward language. You can utilize AI to refine your ideas while ensuring the logic remains your own. You prioritize interpretability over complex terminology.

• **Cybersecurity Native:** You possess a comprehensive understanding of how cybersecurity operates, beyond just the terminology.

• Strong analytical skills to accurately measure and respond to product metrics.

• **Stakeholder Management Skills:** Results-oriented with the capability to motivate cross-team collaboration to support product growth.

• **Rapid Decision Making:** You address issues proactively, communicating your needs and the necessary support to move forward when faced with obstacles.

• Experience with SIEM, XDR, and MDR solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.

• Practical experience with log parsing, API management, or integration platforms.

• Knowledge of data lakes, real-time analytics, or AI/ML frameworks in a security context.

• Familiarity with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC/ICRM, and GCC regulatory compliance requirements.
