This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the product strategy within the product domain, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical limitations.
• Conduct thorough customer and user research through interviews, analysis of feedback, and examination of usage data.
• Define and refine multi-persona product experiences tailored for complex B2B clients.
• Carry out competitive analysis and market intelligence to guide roadmap decisions and product positioning.
• Convert company-wide strategy into specific product initiatives and expected outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Engineering.
• Create user stories and establish acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions.
• Engage daily with Engineering and Design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Make informed trade-offs between project scope, speed, and quality.
• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing.
• Serve as the voice of the product among internal and external stakeholders.
• Aid in go-to-market strategies by aligning roadmap priorities with customer and revenue requirements.
• Communicate plans, progress updates, and trade-offs to leadership.
• Report directly to the VP of Product.
• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS environments.
• Previous experience in managing or mentoring team members, whether formally or informally.
• Experience in developing multi-persona B2B products with intricate workflows.
• Demonstrated success in scaling products or businesses from approximately $10M to $100M ARR (or equivalent growth phases).
• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams.
• High technical fluency for a Product Manager, covering APIs, system concepts, and associated trade-offs.
• Comprehensive understanding of UX and design principles.
• Strong business insight and the capacity to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and growth metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
