Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive product strategy and execution for various AI-driven features within APCM, overseeing the process from concept through to launch and continual improvement.

• Transform and redesign conventional healthcare for today's era by implementing agent-powered patient workflows that enhance the effectiveness, engagement, and efficiency of primary care.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, care delivery operations, clinical leadership, and patient success teams to ensure the delivery of clinically suitable, high-quality patient experiences.

• Leverage AI and agentic tools extensively in both product development and everyday operations, while finding the ideal balance between automation and human oversight.

• Lead product discovery in a fast-paced, unclear problem landscape by pinpointing patient challenges, outlining workflows, and prioritizing impactful opportunities.

• Assess and enhance product outcomes through experimentation, analytics, and operational metrics related to patient engagement, automation, and the efficiency of care teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, including responsibility for complex consumer product experiences.

• Strong product intuition with the capability to transform ambiguous challenges into clear product direction and scalable workflows.

• A keen interest in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems, along with enthusiasm for creating AI-native user experiences.

• Experience collaborating across functions with engineering, design, operations, and regulated stakeholders.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment, embracing high ownership with minimal structure.
