Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance our agile methodologies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement practices tailored to the fast-paced nature of a startup.

• Own the complete product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, plan releases, and manage dependencies across all engineering disciplines.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, converting complex AI and mobile requirements into actionable strategies.

• Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and metrics; deliver transparent visibility through dashboards, reports, and regular updates.

• Establish efficient yet impactful tools and workflows (Jira, Confluence, Slack automations, etc.) that can scale with us from inception to growth and beyond.

• Address AI-specific delivery challenges: balancing experimentation cycles, model evaluations, on-device/cloud integration testing, and coordinated mobile releases.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles, drive decision-making, and assist the team in maintaining focus on what is most important to travelers.

• Mentor and guide the expanding team on agile best practices while continually adapting our processes to suit our unique travel and AI context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of practical Agile Project Management experience in early-stage technology or consumer application environments (experience in mobile, AI/ML, or travel is highly advantageous).

• Extensive expertise in facilitating Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile frameworks within dynamic, cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated success in owning agile delivery from inception (0-to-1) or scaling processes within startups; you know how to instill structure without hindering innovation.

• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools, with the ability to create clear roadmaps, backlogs, and reporting that are actively utilized.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly in AI/ML workflows, mobile app launches, and backend integration.

• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; you can effectively bridge the gap between engineers, designers, and leadership.

• An innate product sense and a genuine passion for creating consumer experiences that feel extraordinary.

• Experience in travel, mobility, location-based services, or products that emphasize personalization.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMP (or equivalent real-world expertise; we prioritize results over certifications).

• Familiarity with AI project delivery, including experimentation tracking, model versioning, and evaluation cycles.

• Exposure to multi-platform delivery (iOS + Android + backend).
