Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Create an engaging product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and market opportunities for your pod. Serve as the advocate and authority in your product domain.

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring superior execution and maintaining clarity throughout the entire PDLC.

• Employ both qualitative and quantitative insights, along with discovery methods, to thoroughly comprehend customer needs and pain points, guiding your roadmap and subsequent iterations.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, general managers, design, data, marketing, and operations to foster innovation and provide impactful solutions that harmonize customer and business requirements.

• Utilize metrics, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive informed product decisions.

• Clearly connect your team's efforts to the business outcomes enabled by their work, continuously refining the product based on feedback, market trends, and data until the desired outcome is achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management and/or product design within innovative, fast-paced technology firms.

• Background in consumer products, preferably in the financial services and lending sectors.

• Proven capability to balance customer experience with business results while managing risk effectively.

• Strong customer focus to ensure strategies enhance product experience with the highest likelihood of success.

• A balanced approach that integrates data, processes, and results to inform decisions, encourage disciplined execution, assess outcomes, and extract insights.

• Demonstrated expertise in conversion management, forecasting, and test evaluation.

• Excellent collaboration skills to align priorities, plans, and execution with leaders across various business and technical teams, as well as fellow product team members.
