Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships and expectations by establishing a communication framework to keep stakeholders informed about project outcomes.

• Facilitate and assist in the execution of business solutions.

• Remain updated on customer needs and strategic objectives.

• Supervise the complete Agile product delivery process, encompassing sprint planning through to release execution.

• Management and generation of reports.

• Conduct project-level analysis by creating essential project documentation, including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, and future state proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.

• Relevant experience in the fintech or capital markets sectors.

• Proficient in report generation and management.

• Experience engaging with various stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Strong understanding of bond trading, trade lifecycle, and OMS platforms.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Jira, along with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent analytical and evaluative skills in task execution.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
