Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for one or more essential areas of the Audiohook platform.

• Convert customer demands, market trends, and business objectives into precise product requirements, specifications, and prioritization decisions.

• Perform customer research, ride-alongs, and competitive assessments to pinpoint significant opportunities.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams from discovery to launch — creating PRDs, leading scope discussions, and making tradeoff decisions.

• Establish and monitor product KPIs; implement features to assess adoption, performance, and overall business impact.

• Enhance a vital platform metric (e.g., feature adoption, performance, or revenue per customer) by a measurable amount within six months of joining.

• Propel improvements in product operations: roadmap rituals, release processes, internal launch communications, and cross-team visibility.

• Fortify the systems and tools that the product team depends on daily.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches and with Customer Success on activation and feedback mechanisms.

• Showcase roadmap progress and product reviews during company meetings.

• Communicate effectively and proactively in a remote-first setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years at a senior level.

• Strong technical understanding — able to discuss system design, data models, and tradeoffs with engineering teams.

• Proven history of delivering products that positively influenced business metrics, beyond merely launching features.

• Excellent analytical abilities; proficient in SQL or analytics tools, with decisions grounded in data.

• Exceptional written communication skills — capable of producing PRDs, specifications, and decision documents that can be scaled across the team.

• Experience in adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS is preferred.

• Background in product operations: roadmap tools, release processes, and cross-functional rituals is preferred.

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company is preferred.

• Comfort and experience using AI tools for research, drafting specs, prototyping, and expediting decision-making is preferred.
