Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and development of one or more key products, directly influencing business metrics such as engagement, revenue, and customer satisfaction;

• Identify relevant challenges and prioritize initiatives based on data analysis, strategic insights, and user requirements;

• Engage in continuous discovery by formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to extract learnings;

• Ensure high-quality execution through close collaboration with teams to facilitate decision-making, mitigate risks, and expedite deliveries;

• Align stakeholders across varying levels and departments, ensuring clarity in direction and understanding of trade-offs;

• Refine governance and the operational framework for the products and channels under your purview;

• Track and enhance end-to-end product metrics, adjusting strategies as needed;

• Play a role in team development and the sharing of product best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading multiple product initiatives, demonstrating a successful track record in complex and ambiguous environments;

• Strategic foresight to think in the medium and long term, linking product development with the broader objectives of the company;

• Ability to enhance the governance of key channels utilized by diverse user profiles, while maintaining strong stakeholder management with domain teams;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — adept at tailoring messages, clearly setting expectations, calmly resolving conflicts, and efficiently managing asynchronous alignment, with the ability to produce clear documentation that informs decisions;

• Bachelor's degree (completed).
