Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team at eXp Realty.

• Collaborate with Product Directors to align product initiatives with business objectives and user requirements.

• Analyze user data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancing product usability and customer satisfaction.

• Work alongside engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and launch.

• Conduct user research and collect feedback to guide product decisions and improvements.

• Facilitate discussions and workshops to prioritize features and gather insights from various teams.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitor progress towards goals.

• Oversee search and AI growth metrics, including reporting and ongoing research, as well as presenting current changes in search and discovery.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports to leadership on product performance and strategic recommendations.

• Lead agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development.

• Advocate for continuous improvement practices within the product team and throughout the organization.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential threats and opportunities.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology sector.

• Demonstrated success in launching and managing software products.

• Experience in a fully remote work environment, showcasing strong self-motivation and communication skills.

• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across teams.

• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies related to real estate, AI, and software solutions.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
