This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the edge platform strategy. Develop and lead the product strategy for our comprehensive edge and security portfolio, which encompasses WAF, CDN, DDoS protection, bot management, and the technology integrations that support them.
• Manage strategic partnerships effectively. Cultivate and maintain relationships with our CDN, WAF, and security technology partners at a strategic level, including aligning roadmaps, negotiating commercial terms, and making partnership decisions that will shape our edge capabilities for the long term.
• Architect solutions for an AI-driven traffic landscape. Establish how the platform differentiates between legitimate automated traffic and malicious activities, manage non-human identity and authentication at the edge, and create rate limiting and usage policies to accommodate the increasing volume of AI agents and automated traffic.
• Develop a commercial edge strategy. Collaborate with commercial and growth teams to devise the pricing, packaging, and bundling strategy that positions best-in-class edge protection as a fundamental platform capability.
• Define team strategy and influence without formal authority. Set the strategic agenda for the wider edge and security team, align peers and senior colleagues around a unified direction, and maintain momentum through persuasive communication rather than positional power.
• Ensure strategic visibility. Regularly update leadership on edge and security priorities, progress, and risks. Proactive and structured upward communication is a key aspect of this role.
• Create shared context for AI-enabled workflows. Maintain documentation and knowledge structures related to edge architecture, partner roadmaps, and security standards, enabling modern AI-assisted workflows to scale analysis and documentation without manual effort.
• Over 7 years of Product Management experience, particularly in security, edge services, CDN, or platform infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in Strategic Partnership Management, owning relationships with major technology vendors or partners, including roadmap negotiations, commercial terms, and long-term partnership governance.
• Strong commercial instincts regarding pricing, packaging, and the product mechanisms that convert technical capabilities into market-leading propositions.
• Proven ability to establish strategic direction and guide experienced peers without relying on formal authority.
• Technical fluency in WAF, DDoS protection, CDN, and edge security architecture, enabling meaningful discussions with senior security engineers and enterprise architects.
• Understanding of how AI and automated traffic patterns are reshaping security, bot management, and API protection needs.
• A genuine belief that effective security acts as a growth driver rather than a cost center.
• Location: Candidates must be based in the US or Canada, with availability aligned to Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• Competitive healthcare coverage
• Wellness programs
• Flexible time off as needed
• Parental leave
• Recognition programs
