Senior Product Manager – Antifraude

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Structure and evolve the squad's backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.

• Understand technical documentation of payment and anti-fraud APIs, translating them into clear requirements for engineering.

• Map, design, and develop integration flows with strategic providers in the LatAm markets, particularly in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.

• Monitor performance indicators of integrations and decision orchestration, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements.

• Ensure quality and consistency in product decisions by collaborating with the models and data squads.

• Work closely with stakeholders from various areas, understanding business needs and translating them into product solutions.

• Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and data, ensuring that decisions are technically feasible and results-oriented.

• Support the platform's expansion into new markets and verticals by contributing to the mapping of local requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital product management, closely working with engineering teams.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical API documentation (REST, JSON, OAuth, and related formats).

• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools.

• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or anti-fraud sectors.

• Ability to write technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly.

• Experience with integration of multiple providers or decision orchestration environments.

• Desirable knowledge of machine learning concepts applied to risk or fraud.

• Educational background in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Advanced level of Portuguese or English.
