This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Product strategy and roadmap: define and take ownership of the long-term vision and prioritization for Wrike’s in-product analytics, with a clear objective to enhance the experience through AI-driven capabilities such as natural language querying, automated insight generation, forecasting, and intelligent suggestions.
• Dashboard and visualization experience: spearhead the design and advancement of intuitive dashboard experiences, including customizable widgets (charts, tables, calendars), dynamic filtering/parameters, calculated fields, trend views, KPI blocks, and pivot functionalities that empower customers to understand and act on their data.
• Analytical infrastructure: guarantee the reliability and scalability of the data foundation supporting customer-facing analytics, including well-structured data models, efficient pipelines, real-time synchronization when applicable, and accurate aggregation logic. Take ownership of and manage strategic partnerships with analytics technology providers like Sisense and Snowflake to ensure seamless integration, performance, and long-term platform development.
• Stakeholder engagement and adoption: collaborate with UX research, customer success, sales, and enterprise clients to validate dashboard use cases, collect feedback on analytical requirements and challenges, and promote the adoption and realization of value from analytics capabilities.
• Experience: over 4 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS products, showcasing a strong track record in customer-facing analytics or reporting.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: possess strong empathy for customers and a commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Product Discovery: skilled in conducting market research and user interviews to pinpoint customer needs and challenges. Proficient in testing and validating potential solutions with real users to ensure they effectively address identified requirements.
• Practical AI experience: direct experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows and familiarity with the development of AI-driven features.
• Collaboration Skills: adept at working effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating efficiently with various partners across different segments of the organization.
